Проектирование промышленных полов осуществляется в зависимости от вида и интенсивности заданных воздействий и специальных требований, предъявляемых к полам, с учетом климатических условий строительства. К основным требованиям, которым должны отвечать промышленные полы, относятся:

В соответствии с назначением отдельных помещений к конструкции пола могут предъявляться и другие, специфические требования. При проектировании гражданских и промышленных зданий руководствуются СНиП II-В.8-71, который содержит 85 основных типов полов промышленных и гражданских зданий.

Основной тип пола это, конечно - бетонные полы с упрочненным верхним слоем. Отличительной особенностью этих полов является применение при затирке специальных сухих смесей (сухих упрочнителей), которые распределяются по поверхности свежеуложенного бетона перед его затиркой.

Применение сухих упрочнителей позволяет в несколько раз повысить износостойкость и твердость бетонной поверхности. Благодаря специально подобранному составу упрочнителей устраняется один из основных недостатков обычных бетонных полов - пылеотделение.

Нами отработаны технологические процессы, позволяющие достигать суточной выработки готовых полов до 800 - 1500 кв. м. в день при высочайшем качестве работ.

Работы по устройству бетонных полов с упрочненным верхним слоем выполняются с помощью целого ряда специализированного оборудования:

Лазерный планировщик бетона Copeerhead S-9210. Это уникальная новейшая машина для выравнивания и уплотнения бетонной смеси. Позволяет создавать идеально ровную поверхность, исключая необходимость в предварительной установке маяков и направляющих, что сокращает время рабочего процесса.

Двухротные затирочные машины, позволюющие упрочнить верхнего слоя распределить ровно и однородно по всей поверхности пола.

Однороторные затирочные машины, позволяющие выполнять затирки поверхности пола в труднодоступных местах.

Также активно участвуют в производственном процессе нивелиры, контрольные рейки, глубинные, высококачественные вибраторы, виброрейки, вакуумнасос с матами 6Х6 м, заглаживающие машины, дозатор порошковых упрочнителей, фрезеровальные и мозаично-шлифовальные машины, виброплиты, электрические швынарезчики, щетиночные очистительные машины и много другого оборудования.
